Optimum pH & Low Magnesium
Both Trophy complete care foods promote an acidic urine pH. Research has shown that crystals will not form when a cat's urine pH is maintained in the ‘safe range'. Formulated to help maintain urinary tract health and to reduce the risk of crystals both foods produce a urine pH that falls within this important safe range, providing that the food is fed without outside supplements or treats. Having a low magnesium level also helps to reduce the risk of struvite crystals.

Hairball Control and Less Shedding
Hairball control is a two pronged approach. Firstly you need a good fibre source which will bind any hairs in the digestive tract together and then help push it out as a waste product. Beet Pulp is added as this fibre source. Secondly you need a premium oil which will promote a healthy skin and coat and minimise shedding so that the hair does not get ingested in the first place. We use Scottish Salmon Oil in the two foods for many reasons, this is one of them.

Fresh Breath and Mouth Care
In order to satisfy the ease of crunch that a cats needs from our foods, Trophy has developed a kibble that has great texture and shape. This means it feels good in the mouth and fractures easily when crunched. The kibbles are rounded, smooth and easy to pick up. This special kibble shape and texture help to neutralise oral bacteria and provide a teeth cleaning function keeping the mouth in tip top condition. Creating air bubbles in the kibble aids the mechanics of eating.

FOS
Trophy Complete Care cat foods contain Fructo-oligsaccharides a pro-biotic which promotes friendly bacteria in the gut and aids good digestion.

Healthy Immune System
